Compliance Officer 

£17k- £25k subject to experience

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful and fast growing Insurance company. They are looking for a Compliance Officer. This is an ideal opportunity for a bright and career focused individual to forge a long term career path.

Working as part of a friendly and vibrant team, the role requires the individual to monitor, assess and benchmark quality across all Customer Facing Operational areas, ensuring that the needs of the customer and the business are balanced at all times leading to optimum outcomes for both.

Key requirements for this role include:

•          Previous Insurance and Compliance experience
•          Experience carrying out quality checks/audits within a customer service environment
•          Good communication skills
•          Ability to demonstrate high standards of personal performance
•          Ability to plan and prioritise daily, weekly and monthly workloads in order to meet the needs of the customers and the business to ensure all targets are met.
•          Ability to ensure all feedback is clear, constructive and consistent.
