My client is established as reputable insurance firm committed to providing clients with 1st Class customer service. The company is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and target driven customer service professional with a minimum of 6 months previous Insurance experience.

This is an excellent opportunity offering training and support to study towards Insurance industry qualifications (Cert CII) and progress. Therefore, we are only interested in candidates, who are prepared to work hard and willing to go the extra mile to succeed.

You will be dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, helping solve problems, providing insurance quotations and selling quality products that best suit the customer needs. You must be professional, smart in appearance and able to deliver 1st Class customer service. We are also looking for a combination of ambition, determination and a strong work ethic. These qualities will help you to progress and carve a successful long term career.
